Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Singapore Only.
Ex-works Singapore for all other countries, which means you may need to arrange self-collect.

How do I track my order?

You may go to “Support” page and track you order using the tracking code provided in the acknowledgement email after order has been accepted. Please contact support if you did not receive the code.

How much is the local delivery fees?

USD20 will be apply for local delivery if order is below USD1500

How long does it take for my order to ship?

For Ex-stock Model, Local and Oversea:
Stock will be ready in 1 to 3 working days

For Not Ex-stock Model, Local and Oversea:
Stock will be ready in 3 to 4 weeks

Do I need to set up an account or register before start shopping?

No registration required. You can checkout items as a guest.
