If product shows symptoms of a hardware, software or firmware failure, preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box, then it may be deemed DOA.

You are required to report DOA to Postium Asia Online within,
 (I) 5 business days after you received it or
(II) 30 days from the date Postium Asia Online shipped the product,
whichever later than the duration above, Postium standard limited liability warranty shall apply.

Postium Asia Online reserves the right to refuse, if the DOA conditions are not met.

Postium Asia Online reserves the right to test the returned DOA product and if is deemed by Postium Asia Online NOT to be DOA, Postium standard limited liability warranty shall apply.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material such as blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Postium Asia Online reserves the right to refuse, if the warranty conditions are not met.

This limited liability warranty does not apply if, in the judgement of Postium, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or damage that is attributable to acts of God, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, has been modified in any way, or has had any serial number removed or defaced. This limited liability warranty does not cover cosmetic damage and software/firmware embedded in the product.

Postium products are covered by a limited liability warranty from defects in material and workmanship:

(1) year from the date of purchase for LCD Panel
(2) year from the date of purchase for Equipment’s Parts

This limited liability warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the products are sold by Postium itself or through its authorized reseller. If not, shipping and handling charges shall apply.

Remedies
If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by Postium Asia Online within the applicable Warranty Period, Postium will, at its option, either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product. In the event of such a defect, these are your sole and exclusive remedies.

How to Return?

(1) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by sending email to our Customer Support

(2) Pack your item into a box along with a copy of the RMA form. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged.
*DOA return required to pack the item into the ORIGINAL unaltered manufacturer’s packaging and must include all packing material such as manuals and accessories along with a copy of the RMA form.

(3) Write the RMA number on outside of the shipping package and ship out.

** Products must be received by Postium Asia Online within 14 days of issuing the RMA.
** Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We will not responsible for lost packages.
** Postium Asia Online  is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Support before returning a product. Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed.

If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Postium Asia Online may impose a USD100 handling fee and the product will be returned to you at your expenses.
